Refund policy

1.1 Return of goods shall be carried out in accordance with the Order No 217 of the Minister for Economy of the Republic of Lithuania of 29 June 2001 „On the approval of the rules of exchange and return of goods“ (available at:
1.2 The Buyer shall have the right to return the delivered goods within 14 days of delivery.
1.3 Goods must be returned unworn, undamaged, and unused with all the tags attached and original packaging included.
1.4 If the item returned is of poor quality, the Seller takes an obligation to exchange the poor-quality item for an analogous good quality item or to offer a refund to the Buyer.
1.5 The Buyer‘s request to return the item or to exchange it for another item must be submitted in a written form by adding a document confirming the purchase (a copy of an order form or a bank transfer).
1.6 If the Buyer returns an item that is of good quality, only the sum paid for the item shall be refunded. Delivery costs shall not be reimbursed.
1.7 If the Buyer returns an item that has been purchased with a discount, the sum including the discount shall be reimbursed.
1.8 If the Buyer used a gift coupon to purchase an item, that coupon shall be returned together with any other extra sum, if such a sum had been paid.
1.9 The money shall be refunded to the Buyer‘s bank account no later than within 7 working days from the delivery of goods.

2.2 If you want to exchange the item, please include the proof of purchase.
2.3 Only unused items in their original packaging will be replaced.
2.4 Delivery costs for replacing goods shall be paid by the Buyer.
2.5 If an item is replaced by another item of lesser value, the Seller shall return the difference in price.
2.6 If the replacement costs more than the item originally bought, the Buyer shall pay the difference in price.
